Procedure:

In a small stockpot, place the tablea and water. Over medium high heat, whisk well as the tablea start to melt and the solid tablets turn to liquid in about 8 to 10 minutes. Mix and incorporate the melted chocolate with the water. Pour in a cup.  Add sugar to sweeten.

After adding the sugar, WHISK! Transfer to high-walled pitcher (or leave the mixture in the pan), and vigorously whisk and whip and whisk until your hot chocolate gets frothy.

What is a batirol? It is a handheld wooden which is a short, slim rolling-pin look-alike. This is an heirloom kitchen gadget specifically used to mix the tsokolate. If batirol is not available, you can use a wire whisk instead.
