Tablea Brownies

Tablea brownies – a lighter alternative from the usual fudgy brownies. It’s not overly sweet, but just enough to satisfy your chocolate craving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup tablea chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 2 tablea chocolate
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Melt together your butter and tablea tsokolate. Leave to cool.

3. On a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.

4. Mix eggs in with your butter and tablea. Make sure it’s no longer hot or else your eggs will cook.

5. Slowly add in your dry ingredients.

6. Oil your pan just enough so the brownies won’t stick; then transfer the mixture onto 2 square pans.

7. Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check on it from time to time so it doesn’t end up too dry.
